I keep meaning to tell my mom about this GREAT little trick I learned the other day. It's really been WONDERFUL. Maybe it could be likened to Mary Poppins when she learned that she could use her umbrella to fly or something.
When you run out of room temperature butter in the middle of buttering lots of toast and then you start tearing the toast apart with cold butter or you melt the butter in the microwave too much, just do this instead....
Heat the butter in the microwave with the wrapper on for 10-15 seconds. Then take the wrapper off.
I mean, don't you agree??? This is just GREAT!!!!
